Role Description The Women Footwear Designer will design and develop women’s footwear collections that align with Aurevella’s luxury and modern feminine aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating concept sketches, technical drawings, and detailed product specifications; building mood boards and visual narratives; collaborating with product development and production teams to translate designs into prototypes; and refining fit, comfort, and construction details based on sampling feedback. The designer will research trends, materials, and finishes relevant to women’s footwear, and work closely with artisans to integrate Indian craftsmanship into contemporary designs.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Drawing skills and the ability to create clear design specifications for footwear.
- Candidates should possess Product Design and Product Development skills to take concepts from idea to finished product.
- Candidates should possess Industrial Design skills with a focus on ergonomics, materials, and construction suitable for women’s footwear.
- Candidates should possess the ability to create Mood Boards and visual concepts that guide seasonal collections and brand storytelling.
- Experience in fashion or footwear design, with a portfolio showcasing women’s footwear concepts and executed designs.
- Knowledge of materials, lasts, heel constructions, and comfort-focused design principles for luxury footwear.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and local craftsmen, and to work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area.
- Relevant design education (e.g., Footwear Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design) or equivalent professional experience.
