Role Description The Visa Officer (Overseas Education) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves guiding students through visa application processes for countries including the UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, advising on visa and immigration requirements, preparing and verifying application forms, and coordinating with students to ensure timely submissions.

The role also includes collaborating with counselors and administrative staff to deliver a smooth, supportive experience for students and their families.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of student visas and familiarity with immigration issues for destinations such as the UK, Ireland, USA, New Zealand, Germany, France, Malaysia, Dubai, Australia, and Canada.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to support and guide students and families.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining procedures and requirements.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple applications, documents, and deadlines.
- Prior experience in overseas education consulting, visa processing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office software and basic data management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate effectively within a team workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in international relations, administration, or related areas is an advantage.
