About the roleThe Indian Promoters is looking for a full-time Videographer & Video Editor who can independently handle video production from shoot to final delivery.

We work with businesses across real estate, fitness, healthcare, hospitality, technology and other service industries. The role involves creating both short-form social media content and long-form videos for our clients as well as for our own agency.

We are looking for someone who understands more than just editing — someone with a good eye for framing, lighting, storytelling, pacing and overall visual quality.

What you'll work on

- Shoot and edit short-form content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, promotional videos, testimonials and social media content
- Edit long-form content including YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, brand videos, walkthroughs and other longer-format content
- Handle client shoots across Pune when required
- Set up camera, lighting and audio for different shooting environments
- Understand briefs and plan shots before production
- Edit raw footage into clean, engaging final videos
- Work on colour correction/grading, sound, subtitles, transitions and basic motion graphics




- Create multiple versions/cuts of content for different platforms
- Organise raw footage, project files and final exports properly
- Work closely with the content and strategy team on concepts and execution
- Handle revisions and deliver projects within agreed timelines
- Create content for The Indian Promoters' own social media and marketing as well

What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on videography and editing experience
- Strong portfolio is mandatory
- Experience with both short-form and long-form editing
- Good understanding of mirrorless/DSLR cameras, framing, lighting and audio
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
- Basic After Effects / motion graphics skills are a plus
- Good sense of music, pacing and storytelling
- Understanding of current social media formats and trends
- Comfortable working on different types of client brands and industries
- Able to independently manage a shoot when required
- Comfortable working full-time from our Aundh, Pune office and travelling locally for shoots

EquipmentProfessional camera and basic production equipment will be provided by the company.

Owning a personal camera is not mandatory.
