Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kanpur.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing product and lifestyle videos, assembling raw footage, synchronizing audio, and applying color correction to align with brand standards. The role includes creating motion graphics and visual assets that highlight Rabell’s leather products across digital platforms.

Editor will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan video concepts, maintain a consistent visual style, and deliver content optimized for social media, ads, and the company website.



Daily tasks also involve organizing media files, managing project timelines, and ensuring all video outputs meet quality and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating polished product and brand videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging visual elements and on-screen text.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling abilities and an eye for composition, pacing, and brand-aligned design.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in product, fashion, or lifestyle video content is an advantage; a portfolio or showreel is required.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is beneficial but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
