Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in kerala with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-studio collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Video

Editor will assemble raw footage into polished videos, including branded content, corporate films, wedding films, product campaigns, and social media assets, ensuring narrative clarity and visual consistency. Daily responsibilities include organizing and managing project files, editing video sequences, syncing audio, applying basic motion graphics, and collaborating with directors, producers, and designers to align with project briefs. The role also involves color grading, adapting content for multiple platforms and formats,



and maintaining quality standards and timelines across concurrent projects.

The Video

Editor will contribute creative ideas, support pre-production planning where needed, and stay updated with industry trends, tools, and editing techniques.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain consistent visual tone, correct exposure and color, and enhance the overall look and feel of footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including basic animation, titles, lower thirds, and graphic overlays for digital and social content.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field are beneficial, along with a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating narrative editing and visual storytelling.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, including clear communication with creative and production teams.
- Experience with sound design basics, multi-camera edits, and adapting content for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) will be an added advantage.
