We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with

Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centric UX solutions.
- Create user personas, user journeys, workflows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and adherence to established design standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI patterns, reusable components, and UX guidelines.
- Present design concepts, recommendations, and design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Identify UX issues and recommend improvements based on user behavior, analytics, usability findings, and stakeholder feedback.
- Support design handoff by providing clear specifications, assets, annotations, and implementation guidance to development teams.
- Drive continuous UX improvement and optimization of existing products.
- User research findings, personas, and user profiles.
- User journeys, workflows, and information architecture.
- Low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes.
- Interactive prototypes and responsive UI/UX designs.
- Usability testing plans, findings,



and improvement recommendations.
- Design specifications and developer handoff documentation.

- Final design assets aligned with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- UX improvement recommendations and continuous optimization proposals.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or User Experience Design.
- Strong hands-on experience across the end-to-end UX design lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design and design thinking principles.
- Hands-on experience with user research, user interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
- Robust experience in user journeys, user flows, workflows, and information architecture.
- Excellent wireframing and prototyping skills.
- Experience creating high-fidelity UI/UX designs for web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Experience working with design systems, UI components, patterns, and UX guidelines.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with developer handoff and working with development teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Ability to identify UX problems and provide practical, user-focused solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
