? Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for US IT requirements.
? Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job requirements, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be comfortable working 5 days onsite from our Gota, Ahmedabad office.
