Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Alteryx Administrator with strong production support expertise to manage, maintain, and optimize the Alteryx platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Alteryx administration, Linux and Windows environments, workflow automation, application monitoring, incident management, and vulnerability remediation.

Key Responsibilities

- Alteryx Platform Administration: Install, configure, maintain, and administer the Alteryx platform, ensuring availability, stability, and optimal performance.
- Production Support: Provide L2/L3 production support for Alteryx applications and workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal service disruption.
- Platform Management: Manage and support Alteryx services across Linux and Windows environments, including routine maintenance and operational activities.
- Workflow Automation: Utilize basic Java programming knowledge to support workflow automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and Alerting: Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with appropriate monitoring, logging, and proactive alerting mechanisms. Experience with Splunk and AppDynamics is preferred.

- Incident Management: Manage incidents across multiple teams, coordinate troubleshooting and resolution, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
- Problem Management: Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve platform stability.
- Vulnerability Management: Identify, track,



and coordinate the remediation of security vulnerabilities within defined timelines, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain technical documentation, support change management activities, and identify opportunities to improve platform reliability and operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall relevant IT experience, with hands-on experience in Alteryx administration and production support.
- Strong knowledge of Alteryx platform installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Basic Java programming knowledge for automation and operational support.
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, alerting, and production support processes.
- Understanding of incident management, SLA compliance, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, security remediation, and patch management processes.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams.

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Splunk and AppDynamics.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and problem management.
- Experience with monitoring automation and proactive incident prevention.
