Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram.

The Tender

Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender notifications, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. Daily tasks include preparing and submitting tender documents, managing pre-qualification requirements, updating tender trackers, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. The role involves maintaining communication with clients and vendors, clarifying tender specifications, and following up on tender status and results.

Executive will also support price bid preparation, assist with contract documentation,



and contribute to continuous improvement of tender processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tender management in electrical products and documentation skills, including experience in preparing technical and commercial bids, handling pre-qualification requirements, and ensuring compliance with tender conditions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word), document formatting, data entry, and basic use of online tender portals or e-procurement platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and finance teams and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tenders, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accurate records and trackers.
- Candidates should possess analytical and detail-oriented skills, with the capability to interpret tender specifications, identify risks, and ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and supporting documents.
- Relevant experience in tendering or commercial operations within engineering, power, railways, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 environments and standard operating procedures will be considered an advantage.

Gross salary range: Rs. 30,000-40,000
