Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar. In this position, the individual will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce Shankhnaad’s programs, explain offerings, and encourage participation or enrollment. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential participants, addressing their questions, providing accurate information, and maintaining records of interactions in the system.

The role involves following up with leads, meeting call and conversion targets, and collaborating with the team to refine call scripts and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills with a focus on persuasive communication, lead conversion, and achieving outreach targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn new programs quickly and share information effectively with prospective participants.
- Additional qualifications include basic computer literacy, experience with phone-based roles or call centers (preferred), and the ability to work in office in Haridwar.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in telesales, community outreach, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
