Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.




- Negotiate salary expectations, manage offers, and support candidates through joining.
- Ensure timely closures against hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and resume screening.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience hiring software developers, QA testers, technical trainers, or other IT professionals.
- Familiarity with recruitment trackers, ATS tools, and hiring metrics.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
