Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support outreach to food businesses, assist in generating leads, and help present Inspeckt’s services to potential clients through calls, meetings, and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials and presentations, maintaining customer databases, and supporting customer follow-ups.

The intern will help coordinate sales activities, track performance metrics,



and assist in basic training and demo sessions for clients as needed. Collaboration with the operations and food safety teams will be required to align marketing messages with service offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and relationship building.
- Interest or experience in Training to assist with client demos, onboarding, and basic process sessions.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru.
- Interest in the food industry, operations, and food safety or quality systems is highly beneficial.
