Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. This role involves leading and supervising a team to meet daily operational targets, including monitoring performance, allocating work, and ensuring adherence to company processes and service standards.

The Team Lead

Manager will handle day-to-day coordination, provide coaching and feedback, resolve escalated customer or process issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes reporting key metrics to management, collaborating with other departments,



and helping onboard and train recent team members to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
- Experience in customer service or consumer-facing operations, with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and problem resolution.
- Operational and organizational skills to manage workflows, set priorities, track performance, and meet daily and monthly targets.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and present reports to management.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or service management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in a supervisory role will be considered.
