Role Description The Tax Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

The Tax

Associate will analyze financial information, identify tax-saving opportunities, and assist in tax planning for clients. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting audits or tax notices, and responding to client queries with clear, timely information. The role also requires collaborating with senior team members,



staying current with changes in tax legislation, and contributing to a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Preparation and Tax Compliance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Tax Law and practical experience working with Tax regulations.
- Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Tax and Finance to analyze financial data and tax implications.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with tax software and MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified tax certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work with attention to detail, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
