Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.





Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and joining formalities.

Assist the HR team with recruitment-related reports and MIS.

Support the team in various HR and employee engagement activities as required.
