? Experience: 2–4 years

? Qualification: MBA / MSW preferred; graduates with relevant experience may also apply

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage candidate communication, offer releases, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment MIS,



candidate databases, and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
- Drive timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and procedures.
