Role Description The Talent Manager (Creator Management) is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon. This role is responsible for managing relationships with creators, understanding their goals, and guiding them in strategic decisions related to content, brand collaborations, and growth opportunities.

The Talent

Manager will coordinate campaigns between creators and brands, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure smooth communication and deliverables. Daily activities include talent scouting, onboarding new creators, maintaining detailed records of agreements and timelines,



and collaborating with internal teams to align creator activities with broader campaign objectives. The role also involves providing ongoing support to creators, resolving operational issues, and representing their interests in business discussions.

Qualifications

- Experience in talent or influencer management, preferably within digital media, entertainment, or marketing.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support and advocate for creators.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort with data tracking and basic performance analysis to inform creator strategy and campaign decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous on-site experience in a client-facing or talent-facing role and familiarity with the Goregaon/Mumbai entertainment ecosystem are beneficial.
