Role Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, craft role descriptions, and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for technical and non-technical positions.

Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment platforms, engaging with potential candidates,



supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, optimizing processes, and contributing to long-term talent strategies that support FDE School’s growth.

Qualifications:

- Robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Experience with Hiring processes, including collaboration with hiring managers and structured selection practices.
- Background in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote FDE School’s mission and programs in the talent market.
- Proficient Interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting for technology or education-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple requisitions, and use ATS or HRIS tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
