Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher) will support end-to-end hiring activities for various roles within FSSSI Global Pvt. Ltd. on a full-time basis. This hybrid position is based in Pune City, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social networks, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews,



and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, assisting in employer branding activities, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. The specialist will also support recruitment reporting, documentation, and adherence to company policies and non-discriminatory hiring practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support complete hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidates and make informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote the organization as an attractive workplace.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Pune City, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
