Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst – Retail Inventory is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels across retail locations, tracking product performance, and analyzing sales and stock data to support replenishment decisions. The analyst will prepare demand forecasts, recommend order quantities, and coordinate with supply chain and store teams to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.

Daily tasks include reviewing inventory reports, identifying trends in fast-moving and slow-moving items, updating systems with accurate stock information, and supporting promotional and launch planning from an inventory perspective.



The role also involves maintaining solid communication with merchandising, operations, and finance to align inventory strategies with business goals.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning skills with the ability to forecast and plan inventory for retail environments.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting sales, stock, and trend data to support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and store staff.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, including procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess practical Inventory Management skills, including stock monitoring, replenishment planning, and loss control.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, and experience with inventory or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in retail, footwear, or fashion, and a strong interest in sneakers and streetwear are advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
