Role Description The Student Outreach & Career Awareness Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This intern will support the planning and delivery of student outreach activities, including school visits, workshops, and information sessions about academic and career options. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with educational institutions, assisting in program logistics, preparing presentations and outreach materials, and engaging directly with students to answer questions about career pathways.

The intern will help collect feedback from participants, maintain records of outreach events, and contribute ideas to improve program effectiveness. Collaboration with other team members,



punctual attendance at events, and a professional approach to working with students and educators are essential.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently with students, educators, and parents.
- Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events, manage schedules, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic presentation and facilitation skills, including comfort with public speaking and conducting group sessions.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (such as word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new digital platforms.
- Interest in education, career guidance, youth development, or community outreach, with a commitment to equitable access to opportunities.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt to agile program needs.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; coursework or experience related to education, social sciences, or counseling is an advantage.
- Prior volunteer or internship experience in student engagement, nonprofit work, or event coordination is beneficial but not required.
