Clini Launch Research Institute is committed to empowering students through quality education, career guidance, and professional development. We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Study Abroad Consultant to guide students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad.

Role Overview The Study Abroad Consultant will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents, helping them explore international education opportunities. The role involves student counselling, lead management, university and course selection, application support, and visa documentation assistance.

Freshers and candidates with relevant internships or experience in inside sales, pre-sales, EdTech, or visa processing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counselling and Pre-Sales
- Handle inbound enquiries and outbound calls from prospective students.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and budgets to recommend suitable countries, courses, and universities.
- Explain admission procedures, application timelines, entrance exams, and visa requirements.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
- Lead and Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into active applicants and achieve assigned targets.
- Application and Documentation Support




- Assist students with Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resumes.
- Review academic and financial documents for completeness.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams regarding applications and admission updates.
- Visa Guidance and Coordination
- Assist senior counsellors with student visa documentation and application preparation.
- Stay updated on university admission requirements, application deadlines, and relevant visa guidelines.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation throughout the admission process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in study abroad consulting, inside sales, pre-sales, customer support, or visa processing.
- Freshers with relevant internships and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail.
