Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering an engaging retail experience. This role includes managing the sales floor, supervising and coaching store team members, and ensuring that customer interactions reflect the brand’s values and service standards.

The Store

Manager monitors inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep to maintain a premium, welcoming environment.



Additional responsibilities include handling store reporting, aligning the team to sales targets, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and collaborating with regional leadership on promotions and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a premium retail experience.
- Effective Communication skills to lead teams, engage customers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management experience, including team supervision, sales performance oversight, and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Relevant experience in jewelry, fashion, or premium retail is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, including weekends and peak retail periods as required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a hands-on, people-centered leadership style.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
