Role Description The Structural Design Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves performing structural analysis and design for residential and mixed-use buildings, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural drawings, models, and calculations using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers, and providing technical support during construction.

The engineer will assess design alternatives, optimize material use,



and participate in design reviews and site visits to address structural issues and verify implementation. The role also includes maintaining documentation, supporting quality assurance processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of design methodologies and standards within the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering, with the ability to design safe and efficient structures.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Civil Engineering, including knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and models.
- Candidates should possess effective problem-solving and analytical skills, along with attention to detail in calculations and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in building and residential projects, preferably in the Indian real estate sector, is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information clearly, and work on-site at project locations as needed.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian and international design codes and standards, and commitment to safety and quality practices.
