About the RoleSNA Infrastructures Private Limited is looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on Store Manager / Store Executive to independently manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at our yard in Dahisar Mori.
The candidate will be responsible for managing all inward and outward material movements, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with the Head Office team for material requirements, and ensuring proper inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and record all inward and outward movement of materials at the yard.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock registers and inventory records.
- Prepare and generate challans for all material inward and outward movements.
- Personally supervise and manage the issuance and handover of materials, ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct weekly physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Identify shortages in regularly consumed materials and proactively raise purchase requisitions with the Head Office team.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for material procurement, replenishment and inventory updates.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliation at the Head Office, ensuring physical stock and system records are aligned.
- Monitor inventory to prevent material loss, discrepancies, unnecessary procurement and over-ordering.
- Take complete responsibility for the accuracy and accountability of all materials stored and handled at the yard.
Requirements & Skills
- Prior experience in store management, inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP software. Experience with Tally will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of stock registers, material challans, inward/outward entries and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations and coordinate with the Head Office team.
