- Shift management of Power plant instrumentation.
- Maintenance of Honeywell DCS, Rockwell PLC (Control logix & flex logix), IIOT system, OPC, Machine Vision camera, Belt monitoring system(Control logix & flex logix), Vibration monitoring system.
- Maintenance of Analysers (Stack Gas, Dust, CO, SO2, pH , Silica, Sodium , Conductivity, Chlorine, Turbidity, Vibration, Boiler Oxygen analysers).
- Maintenance of Coal weigh bridge & belt weigher system.
- Knowledge on turbine governing system (preferably Woodward).
- Well versed with computer software applications.
- Knowledge in Oracle ERP software for material management.
- PM, CBM & Calibration of all field instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, level) and its record maintenance.
- Obtain validation of HIRA / JSAs and contribute to creation of current HIRA / JSA, when required.
- WCM standard practices up to 5’S level.
- RCA & CAPA for all field Instruments.
Required Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Instrument.
