We're hiring: State Head, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal)

SAMCO (Swarnabhumi Agriculture & Marketing Cooperative Society) is looking for an experienced leader to head our seed production and supply operations in Madhya Pradesh.

What you'll do

▪ Procure orders from the Agriculture Department, DDAs and other government and institutional buyers

▪ Empanel Seed Organizers across all districts to conduct seed production and supply programmes on behalf of SAMCO

▪ Lead district seed production and supply programmes for pulses, cereals and fodder

▪ Guide cluster leads, district field teams and empanelled Seed Organizers

▪ Deliver targets for orders, production, supply and district coverage

Must have

✔ Minimum 5 years' experience in seed production and supply

✔ Based in Bhopal

Good to have





▪ Track record in securing government or institutional orders and tenders

▪ Experience in onboarding and managing seed growers, organizers or agents

▪ Robust network with the Agriculture Department and DDAs
