After successfully managing the Srinagar Tanishq store for ten years, the company expanded into Jammu in 2011. EMM BEE Tradings now manages Tanishq stores across Jammu and Kashmir and employs over 100 team members in various operational roles.

The stores experience daily footfalls of approximately 100–150 customers, creating a dynamic retail environment. The company focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience and efficient store operations.

Role Description The Store Manager role at Caratlane Srinagar is a full time, on-site position based in Srinagar.

The Store

Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include driving sales performance, maintaining merchandising standards, managing inventory, and monitoring stock levels.

Manager will handle customer escalations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and create a welcoming store environment. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, coordinating with senior management,



and supporting training and development of team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, with an understanding of shrink control, security procedures, and compliance with store policies.
- Candidates should have experience in retail or hospitality management, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and comfort working with basic retail software and POS systems.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail is an advantage.
