- Manage QA activities of all the projects across various locations.
- Implementing QMS & EMS more effectively in all the projects.
- Implementing Project Quality plan and Quality objectives.
- Setting up standards & implementation & reviewing the same.
- Should be able to Manage, Guide & Motivate a team of QA Engineers.
- Meeting Project Heads for implementation of QA Systems & review the present systems.
- Review the Inspections & plan for future inspections & reviews.
- Prepare the required presentations & data for the reviews.
- Collaborating with various functions of Engineering Team for better QA results.
