The company is creating the world’s first tech-enabled, scalable brand for marble temples, idols, and sacred architecture by combining CNC precision, robotic carving, and master artisan finishing. Shilakrut’s work includes premium marble idols and temples, large-scale temple and architectural projects, and bespoke sculptures for homes, institutions, and global clients.

Responding to growing global demand for Hindu temples and sacred art, Shilakrut brings standardization, scalability, and a luxury brand experience to a traditionally fragmented industry. From Makrana marble sourcing to international exports, the company is redefining how sacred craftsmanship is designed, produced, and delivered worldwide.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to own and manage SHILAKRUT's presence on various social media platforms. You will be the first voice many of our customers hear from. You'll respond to DMs and comments, build relationships with our community, and turn interest into genuine enquiries.

This role suits someone who communicates warmly and professionally, understands the cultural and spiritual significance of what we create, and can present a heritage craft with the polish of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Community and Engagement:

- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to DMs, comments, and mentions on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Handle customer enquiries about idols, home temples, bespoke sculptures, and large projects. Collect key details such as size, deity, budget, location, and timeline.




- Qualify leads and pass serious enquiries to the sales team with clear notes.
- Engage with homeowners, the global Indian diaspora, architects, interior designers, temple trusts, and institutions.
- Keep a respectful, culturally sensitive, and on-brand tone in every interaction.

Account Management:

- Plan, schedule, and publish content on Instagram (posts, Reels, Stories) and LinkedIn (company updates, project showcases, thought leadership).
- Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with festivals, launches, and ongoing projects.
- Write engaging captions that tell the story behind each piece: the marble, the craft, the technology, and the artisans.
- Coordinate remotely with the Jaipur workshop and production team to source photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Keep profiles, highlights, and bios up to date and consistent with the brand.

Growth and Reporting:

- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries generated, and response time.
- Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to find recent opportunities.
- Support paid campaigns and collaborations when needed.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably for luxury, lifestyle, home décor, architecture, or handcrafted brands.
- Strong written communication in English. Hindi is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram and LinkedIn, including Business Suite, Reels, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and turn interest into qualified leads.
- An understanding of, and respect for, Hindu religious and cultural traditions.
- Well organised and self-driven, able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours.
