Touchwood Team is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to build the personal brands of our two founders and manage Touchwood Team's own social media. You'll start with Instagram, then expand into LinkedIn and YouTube once Instagram is running smoothly.
Whose Brands You'll Build
- Founder 1: AI, Production & Travel. AI tools and experiments, behind-the-scenes production, travel stories and the future of creative work.
- Founder 2: Entrepreneurship & Design. Business-building lessons, design thinking, creative process and founder life.
- Touchwood Team: our work, culture and values, connected with both founder brands.
Responsibilities
- Build Instagram strategies for both founders and the company: content pillars, tone of voice and visual direction
- Plan and run monthly content calendars for Reels, carousels, Stories and posts
- Turn the founders' ideas into strong content: hooks, scripts, captions and shoot plans
- Manage community engagement: comments, DMs and collaborations
- Track trends and analytics, and share monthly performance reports
- Phase 2:
Grow LinkedIn (ghostwriting and thought leadership) and YouTube (long-form and Shorts)
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of social media experience, ideally in founder or creator personal branding
- Portfolio of accounts you've grown, with measurable results
- Strong Instagram expertise and excellent writing skills across different voices
- Valuable visual sense; skilled with Canva and CapCut or a similar editor; comfortable with AI tools
- Organised and self-driven, able to juggle multiple accounts
- Bonus: interest in AI, design, entrepreneurship, travel or production; LinkedIn or YouTube growth experience
