Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Chandigarh, India.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, drafting posts and captions, coordinating visual assets with the design team, and optimizing content based on performance metrics. The role involves monitoring trends, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating on campaigns that highlight projects, studio culture, and brand values.

Manager will also track analytics, prepare basic performance reports, and recommend improvements to social media strategy.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and engage audiences.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Strong Writing and Communication skills for clear, compelling posts, captions, and community interactions.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) in a professional or creative context.
- Basic familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for content optimization.
- Strong visual sense and collaboration skills for working with designers on imagery and layouts; experience in design, architecture, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.

- Organizational skills to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
