Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhilai. This role involves managing and growing the agency’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms, including planning and executing social media calendars and Copywriting.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies, writing and optimizing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions.

Manager will analyze performance metrics, adjust campaigns based on insights, and collaborate with the creative and account teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals. The role also includes staying updated on trends, platform features, and best practices to drive brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create engaging, brand-aligned content tailored to different audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with clients, and manage community interactions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation skills to track performance and optimize content.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid social campaigns and audience targeting, as an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role; agency experience is preferred.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
