About the Role

- We’re looking for a creative, internet-native Social Media Manager who lives on Instagram, gets Gen Z culture, and knows what makes content stop the scroll.
- Someone who can plan, create, and execute independently, and keep up with a fast-moving startup.
- You’ll work closely with the founders and creative team to grow Hack Daily’s social presence and community.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Planning: Build and run the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Ideate reels, memes, carousels, and trend-led content, and work with designers and editors to bring it to life.
- Trends & Culture: Spot trends early and turn them into on-brand content quickly.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, reply to comments and DMs, and build an active community around the brand.
- Influencer Coordination: Support influencer and creator collaborations,



from outreach to content delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and use the data to improve what works.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience managing social media, preferably for D2C, FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong sense of Gen Z culture, internet trends, and meme formats.
- Good copywriting skills with a sharp, witty tone.
- Hands-on with Instagram and basic tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Comfortable working with creators, designers, and video editors.

Good to Have

- Experience growing an early-stage brand’s social handles.
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form video yourself.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social analytics.
