Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Tamilnadu and Kerala.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervising construction work, coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and site staff, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress against project plans, conducting quality checks on materials and workmanship,



and maintaining accurate site records and reports. The role involves communicating with project managers and stakeholders, resolving on-site technical issues, and supporting structural engineering execution and quality control.

The Site

Engineer will also help implement best practices for site safety, resource utilization, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong in office supervision skills with experience managing daily construction activities and coordinating site teams.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with civil engineers, contractors, clients, and internal project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality control practices, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and compliance with standards and specifications.
- Sound understanding of structural engineering principles and practical application in RCC structures and related civil works.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to use basic construction management tools and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently on site, take initiative, and meet project timelines.
- Prior experience in building, renovation, or infrastructure projects in a similar role is preferred.
