- Achieving business plan of area in terms of No of stoppages & Delay percentage.
- Achieving safety norms and implementing all safety standards as per Du pont safety standard at section.
- Execution of activities for Implementation of 5S , TPM and QC
- Ensuring compliance of QMS, EnMS, EMS and ISO safety standard
- Identification and implementation of opportunities for energy saving and digitalization.
Critical Tasks
- Overall control of men, machine and material for effective handling of shifts.
- Co-ordination with all interfacing departments for smooth and effective execution of various Mechanical Maintenance Activities
- Execution of routine, preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per plan
- Identification of spares consumed during shift and information to area in charge regarding consumption pattern of spares.
- - Preparation of equipment wise and critical spare list and tracking availability of spares on regular basis.
- Assessing area in charge during execution of capital shutdown, major/minor modification jobs
- Identify and execute permanent solution for repetitive failure, monthly performance deviations and verification of corrective & preventive action
- Assessing area in charge for activities for ISO – 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 22000: 2018, ISO 50001: 2011 system
