Spruce Up designs, manufactures and supports road-cleaning and industrial cleaning equipment, including Stratus regenerative-air road sweepers, Jatayu garbage suction machines and industrial vacuum equipment. Based in Pune, our teams work across engineering, manufacturing and after-sales service to support machines operating in real working conditions.

About the opportunity

Can you keep a customer service request moving—from the first call through technician coordination, spare parts follow-up and final closure?

We are looking for a Service Coordinator who combines practical machinery understanding with clear communication and reliable follow-through. You will connect customers, field technicians and internal teams, making sure each request has accurate information, a clear next action and timely follow-up.

This office-based role offers exposure to machinery service operations, technical teams and the complete after-sales process. It suits someone who enjoys organising work, resolving coordination gaps and taking ownership of pending requests.

What you will do

- Coordinate service requests: Receive enquiries and complaints from customers, operators and technicians; record the issue, priority, assigned person and next action.
- Support field service activities:



Coordinate technician schedules for service visits, preventive maintenance, installation and deployment, following technical priorities set by the department.
- Gather complete technical information: Collect machine details, technician observations, photographs and videos so the appropriate specialist can assess the issue.
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations: Use approved technical inputs, pricing and formats; follow up on customer approvals and purchase orders.
- Coordinate parts and payment updates: Work with Stores on availability and dispatch, share tracking or LR details, and obtain payment-status confirmation from Accounts where required.
- Follow requests through to closure: Track service progress, parts receipt, pending actions and completion records; escalate delays and unresolved issues promptly.
- Maintain machine-wise service history: Keep accurate records of complaints, visits, quotations, parts supplied, actions taken and closure evidence.
- Keep service information current: Prepare concise status reports, highlight recurring issues and help technicians submit complete updates through the service portal.

What you should bring

- Experience in service coordination,



after-sales support, machinery maintenance coordination or equipment service operations.
- A diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Graduates with relevant machinery service experience are also welcome.
- Practical understanding of machinery, spare parts and service terminology, with the ability to capture technical information accurately.
- Clear Hindi communication and working English for emails, quotations and service documentation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and willingness to learn service software.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-up across multiple open requests.
- A calm, responsible approach to customer communication and coordination with technicians.
- Availability to work from our Pune office.

Experience that would help you succeed
- Working with machinery manufacturers, equipment dealerships, industrial maintenance teams, or engine and generator service businesses.
- Preparing service quotations and coordinating spare parts, dispatch documents or preventive maintenance schedules.
- Using service portals, CRM or ERP systems to maintain service records.
- Communicating in Hindi/Marathi.
