We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping stories, ideas into visual experiences, and content into impact. Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of end-to-end video editing, from raw footage to polished final delivery.
- Edit long-form videos, YouTube content, interviews, podcasts, reels, shorts, and promotional films.
- Create compelling hooks, smooth transitions, engaging pacing, and storytelling that keeps viewers watching.
- Use sound design, music, motion graphics, colour grading, and visual effects to elevate every frame.
- Transform complex ideas around real estate, business, and education into engaging visual stories.
- Adapt edits for different platforms, formats, audiences, and attention spans.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table for trends, formats, transitions, and creative storytelling.
- Know when to follow a trend and when to create a new style of our own.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and leadership teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Understand briefs,



identify the story, and make strong creative decisions without needing every frame explained.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, pacing, sound, and overall brand quality.
- Give constructive creative inputs and help elevate the team’s output.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, feedback rounds, and revisions without compromising quality.
- Organise footage, project files, assets, and exports so everything stays easy to access.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality control, and final delivery.
- Stay updated with editing tools, AI-powered workflows, and emerging content trends.
