STEMx runs an online STEM program with a global reach, engaging students from India, Dubai, USA, Singapore, England, Nepal, Canada, and Japan.

For more than seven years, STEMx founders have collaborated with parents, teachers, schools, and governments to create playful, impactful learning experiences in areas such as robotics, coding, 3D printing, electronics, and drones.

Role Description The Senior STEM Trainer/Mentor/Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering engaging STEM lessons and workshops to K–12 learners. This role includes planning and conducting hands-on sessions in robotics, coding, electronics, and related STEM areas, using tools such as LEGO Education kits and other educational technologies. The educator will mentor students, guide project-based learning, support participation in competitions or showcases, and adapt teaching methods to different age groups and learning styles.

Day-to-day tasks include curriculum implementation, classroom management,



assessment of student progress, and communication with parents and school partners. The role also involves collaborating with the STEMx team to refine content, support teacher training initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of STEM programs.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge and practical experience in STEM domains such as robotics, coding, electronics, 3D printing, drones, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or mentoring K–12 students in STEM subjects, preferably with hands-on or project-based learning approaches.
- Ability to design, adapt, and deliver lesson plans, activities, and workshops aligned with STEMx curricula and student learning outcomes.
- Excellent classroom facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and manage groups effectively.
- Comfort with educational technology platforms, online learning tools, and basic digital literacy for preparing materials and tracking learner progress.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, engineering, science, technology, mathematics, or a related field; teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with schools, parents, or educational institutions and an interest in playful, experiential learning methodologies.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, maintain a structured schedule, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
