Role Description The Senior Software Developer will work on-site in Chandigarh in a full time capacity, building and maintaining software solutions that support internal operations and client-facing services. Daily responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and deploying back-end web applications and tools to streamline visa processing, data management, and workflow automation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improving existing systems for performance and reliability,



and ensuring software adheres to security and compliance standards.

Developer will also mentor junior developers, review code for quality, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building scalable applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical application.
- Experience with version control systems, testing frameworks, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Ability to analyze requirements, design efficient solutions, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in building tools or platforms for service-oriented or consulting businesses is advantageous.
