About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, target-driven Senior Sales Executive with home interiors sales experience. You'll manage qualified leads, understand customer requirements, present the right interior solutions, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads and understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budgets
- Conduct sales meetings and design consultations at the INLAY Experience Centre
- Present modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes, and design offerings
- Prepare and explain quotations, proposals, pricing, and scope of work
- Follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
- Coordinate with design, estimation,



and operations teams for a smooth customer journey
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and pipeline in the CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve lead-to-booking conversion
- Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home interiors sales
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, and turnkey interiors
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up discipline
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Fluency in English; Telugu and Hindi are an advantage
- Interior design or architecture background preferred, not mandatory
