Role Description The Senior Sales (Mobility & Incorporations) role is a full time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for mobility and business incorporation services, from lead generation and qualification through consultation, proposal development, and deal closure. The professional in this position will engage with prospective entrepreneurs and corporate clients, understand their international expansion goals, and recommend appropriate market entry, company formation, and immigration solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and CRM records,



and collaborating with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, and representing the company at events or webinars related to global mobility and incorporations.

Requirements:-

- Strong client-facing skills, including clear and persuasive Communication and professional Customer Service in a consultative sales setting.
- Proven track record in Sales within mobility, immigration, incorporations, or skilled services, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in Sales Management, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, and guiding sales processes to closure.
- Ability to deliver Training and coaching to junior sales team members, supporting skill development and performance improvement.
- Relevant experience in international business services, immigration consulting, or corporate incorporation will be highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales, international business, or immigration are an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
