About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Platform Engineer – Salesforce to drive our enterprise release management, platform governance, and CI/CD pipelines. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing multi-org Salesforce deployments via Copado, overseeing GitHub repositories and workflows, ensuring high code quality standards through SonarQube, and maintaining robust platform security in collaboration with security teams. Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Release Management

- Manage and support seamless, reliable, and compliant deployments across multiple Salesforce organizations using Copado.
- Triage and analyze Salesforce seasonal releases, security updates, and platform changes to mitigate impact on production environments.
- Proactively assess upcoming Salesforce release features and coordinate operational readiness across cross-functional teams.

Platform Administration & Repository Governance
- Serve as Salesforce Platform Administrator, supporting org-level initiatives, enhancements, and day-to-day operational stability.
- Act as GitHub Administrator for Salesforce repositories, overseeing user access controls, branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and CI/CD workflows.

Code Quality & Security
- Monitor, configure,



and maintain code quality standards using SonarQube (including quality gates,

rules, and profiles).
- Collaborate with security teams utilizing tools such as AppOmni for continuous threat monitoring and posture management.

Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams using JIRA and Confluence for agile project tracking, technical documentation, and cross-team alignment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
- Strong, demonstrated expertise in Copado for Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata structures, security models, and ecosystem components.
- Proven proficiency with GitHub administration, branching models, pull requests, and workflow automation.
- Working knowledge of SonarQube for static code analysis and quality management.
- Proficiency in agile project management and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience with AppOmni or equivalent SaaS security monitoring tools.
- Direct exposure to complex, multi-org Salesforce enterprise environments.
- Strong familiarity with platform governance, compliance, and enterprise operations.
- Automation scripting experience using Python or similar programming languages.
