Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating MEP services, reviewing technical drawings, monitoring site execution, handling quantities and billing, and ensuring compliance with applicable IS Codes and CPWD Specifications.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and ELV systems, along with excellent site coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Mechanical MEP

- Manage and coordinate HVAC, Ventilation Exhaust Systems.
- Handle Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems.
- Perform Pump Selection Head Calculation.
- Coordinate mechanical services with other project disciplines.

Electrical MEP

- Handle HT/LT Distribution and Transformer systems.
- Coordinate Cable Tray Routing and electrical layouts.
- Manage Earthing Lightning Protection systems.
- Perform Power Load Calculations.

ELV Systems

- Coordinate Fire Alarm Systems.
- CCTV and Access Control Systems.
- PA/BGM Systems.
- Data Telephone Network.
- BMS (Building Management System).

Billing Quantity

- Preparation and checking of BOQ and quantity calculations.
- Material reconciliation and quantity verification.
- Measurement and verification of executed works.
- Vendor and subcontractor billing.
- Coordination for billing-related documentation.

Drawings Documentation

- Review and coordinate MEP drawings.
- Monitor site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.




- Maintain technical documentation and project records.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of MEP systems, site execution and coordination.
- Positive knowledge of IS Codes and CPWD Specifications.
- Experience in BOQ, quantity estimation, measurement and billing.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other MEP-related engineering software.
- Experience in handling consultants, contractors, vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong reporting, documentation and client coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage MEP activities at site.
