WITHIN is a luxury interior design and bespoke furniture atelier. Family-founded and design-led, our product and craft sit at the top echelon of design internationally. What we are now building is visibility: ensuring the right HNI/UHNI audience discovers our story and walks into our experience centre.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WITHIN already has its brand foundation, exhibitions, client relationships and press, built by our Creative Media team, our sales team and twenty years of founder relationships. We are looking for one person to bring these together into a single, coordinated, data-driven pipeline, turning our existing digital presence, events and relationships into trackable, measurable demand.

This is an individual contributor role focused on coordination and optimisation. You will work through other teams rather than build a new department. You will report to the Founders / Principal and work alongside Business Development, the Creative Media team and our Sales Designers.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Digital Presence (primary ownership)

- Build WITHIN's LinkedIn presence into a credibility platform for customers, trade and talent
- Improve the website's conversion path (collections, material library, project gallery and a clear Book a Visit flow), with every enquiry routed into the CRM with its source captured
- Define a distinct role for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Website) so content is never duplicated

Brand Foundation

- Document a single visual code, narrative and tone of voice, and brief it to the Creative Media team for execution across store, catalogue, digital and packaging

Exhibitions & Owned Events
- Bring structure to our design fair participation (Design Democracy, India Design): pre-show invitations,



on-stand appointment diary and post-show follow-up with a defined SLA
- Work with the sales team to ensure every event lead is logged and followed up

Client Relations

- Support the founders in documenting our named HNI/UHNI account list and outreach history in a maintained system, without displacing the relationships themselves

Editorial & PR
- Set a quarterly press and editorial placement target and coordinate timing with Creative Media around collections and exhibitions

CRM & Reporting
- Own daily logging discipline for source, stage and next action across every touchpoint
- Report monthly on qualified enquiries, footfall, cost per lead and average order value

WHERE THE ROLE STOPS

- B2B outreach to architects, trade and other businesses sits with Business Development
- Client management inside the experience centre sits with the assigned Sales Designer
- Production work stays with Creative Media; you brief and direct it

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Qualified enquiries and appointment-led footfall rising, sourced inbound through brand-led channels
- Average order value rising, not falling, as volume grows
- A working LinkedIn presence and a website that converts, both feeding a single CRM
- Exhibitions and events run to a repeatable, SLA-backed process

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5–8+ years in brand or digital marketing, ideally in luxury, design or a comparably premium category
- Comfortable in a P&L-light;, coordination-heavy role, working through other teams rather than building a large team
- A strong written narrative sense, able to translate craft and material stories into content and copy
- Data-literate, with CRM discipline, funnel metrics and monthly reporting as second nature
