Role Description The Senior Marketing (Real Estate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for redevelopment and luxury housing projects, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, managing marketing budgets, and overseeing digital and offline marketing activities.

The role involves collaborating closely with sales teams to drive conversions, managing customer communication and engagement, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.

Marketing qualified will also support public relations initiatives, organize events and site visits, and track campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, define target segments, and design impactful campaigns.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience supporting or leading sales initiatives in real estate or related industries.
- Experience in real estate marketing, especially redevelopment or luxury housing projects in urban markets, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and basic analytics for tracking leads and campaign performance is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in marketing or real estate are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Real Estate experience is required
