Job SummaryEpic Studio is looking for a creative, detail-oriented senior interior designer with robust expertise in conceptual design, space planning, material selection, 3D visualization, technical drawings, and site coordination. The candidate will lead design projects from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality design outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)1. Concept Development & Space Planning· Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements, budgets, and project objectives.

· Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and functional zoning.

· Ensure design concepts align with company quality standards and design philosophy.

- Design Development & 3D Visualization· Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentation boards.

· Develop interior layouts, furniture designs, ceiling designs, lighting schemes, and custom elements.

· Review renders and drawings for design accuracy and visual quality.

- Technical Drawings & Documentation· Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections, joinery details, and furniture drawings.

· Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other service drawings.

· Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and ready for execution.

- Material & Vendor Coordination· Select materials, finishes, fabrics, laminates, veneers, hardware, and furniture.

· Coordinate with vendors,



contractors, and suppliers for samples, specifications, and quotations.

· Maintain material quality and design consistency.

- Site Execution & Quality Control· Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.

· Resolve design discrepancies and coordinate with site teams.

· Inspect workmanship, finishes, measurements, and detailing.

- Client Management & Team Leadership· Present design concepts and explain design decisions to clients.

· Incorporate feedback while maintaining design intent and project feasibility.

· Guide junior designers and review their drawings, models, and presentations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)· Design quality and client approval rate.

· Accuracy and completeness of drawings.

· Timely submission of design deliverables.

· Reduction in site errors and rework.

· Material selection within approved budgets.

· Client satisfaction and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications· Degree or diploma in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field.

· Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, or equivalent visualization tools.

· Knowledge of materials, furniture detailing, lighting, and construction practices.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

·Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
