Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector to oversee the entire HR function across all business verticals. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance, while working closely with the leadership team to drive organisational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Leadership: Oversee HR functions across all verticals, including sales, marketing, finance, engineering, construction, project management, and administration.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, leadership hiring, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
- HR Operations: Implement HR policies, SOPs, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Performance Management: Establish KRAs, KPIs, appraisal systems, and accountability frameworks across departments.
- Payroll & Compensation: Oversee payroll, salary structures, increments, incentives, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, EPF, ESI,



POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Leadership & Reporting: Partner with the MD/CEO and department heads on workforce planning, HR budgets, productivity, and organisational development.
- Process Improvement: Strengthen HR systems, reporting, and standardised processes across all business verticals.

Qualifications & Experience

- Gradute/Post Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- 8–12 years of overall HR experience, with mandatory prior experience in the real estate sector.
- Proven ability to independently manage HR across multiple departments and project locations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour law compliance, and performance management.

Required Competencies

Robust leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive accountability and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals currently based in Hyderabad with hands-on real estate industry experience who can join immediately.
