Role Description The Senior International Amazon/eBay Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for leading and optimizing AdilQadri’s international presence on Amazon, eBay, and other global marketplaces. This role involves developing and executing marketplace strategies, managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize visibility, conversion, and profitability. The manager will analyze sales performance and marketplace data, identify growth opportunities, and implement actions to improve rankings, customer reviews, and overall brand positioning.

Daily tasks include coordinating with operations, finance,



marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, compliance with platform policies, and a high-quality buyer experience. The role also includes monitoring competitive activity, managing seller accounts, resolving marketplace issues, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketplace data, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, international partners, and marketplace support.
- Solid understanding of finance fundamentals related to pricing, margins, fees, budgeting, and P&L; management.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to manage buyer queries, returns, and feedback professionally.
- Proven sales skills with experience in growing revenue on Amazon, eBay, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing international marketplaces, including listing optimization, SEO, and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in e-commerce or marketplace management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the fragrance, beauty, or consumer goods sector is beneficial.
