ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute visual communication across our brands, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, product communication, and offline marketing materials.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding, social media design, campaign creatives, packaging, product communication, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to independently manage multiple design projects and guide junior designers when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and visual execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Develop high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, websites, marketplaces, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Design brand identities, campaign concepts, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, catalogues, posters, standees, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create and manage product packaging, labels, product mockups, promotional creatives, and product communication materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple products, campaigns, and business verticals.
- Convert marketing briefs, concepts, and business requirements into impactful visual designs.





What We ExpectThe candidate should be capable of taking ownership of the complete creative process — from understanding the business objective and developing the concept to designing, refining, and delivering the final creative. Candidates with robust creative leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior designers will be preferred.

Requirements

- - Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, campaign, packaging, and print design.
- - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- - Good working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva.
- - Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects will be an advantage.
- - Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- - Experience handling complete creative projects from concept to final execution.
- - Ability to independently understand briefs and develop creative concepts.
- - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- - Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer brands will be preferred.
